This privacy policy describes how the EniVie Interiors website (enivie.hu) processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info Act).

2. What data we process and why
2.1 Contact form
When you send a message through the website, we process the following data:
- Name — to address you and identify the message
- Email address — to send a reply
- Message text — to understand the content of your inquiry
Purpose of processing: Responding to contact inquiries, handling quote and consultation requests.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (consultation, quote).
Retention period: 2 years from the last contact, or until the data subject requests deletion.
Data storage: On the servers of Netlify Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as a data processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
2.2 Google Fonts
The site uses the Google Fonts service (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When Google Fonts are loaded, the browser sends an IP address to Google's servers. This data transfer is necessary for the technical operation of the Google Fonts service.
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (proper display of the website).
